Being Healthy Is Great for Learning and Working!
2020欧洲杯体育投注开户Developing an optimal learning environment for students begins with a focus on faculty and staff quality. Union Public Schools is an organization that values excellence and strives to provide benefits and a working environment for all employees to recruit, hire and retain the best staff possible.
A healthy and productive workforce invested in wellness provides good role models for students and contributes to organizational efficiency. Since our district offers a self-insured PPO plan for employee health insurance, lower health care costs directly contribute to the resources available for the district’s main mission – the education of our students. That is why Union Public Schools has developed partnerships to support the health and wellness of our employees.
